Here, you\u2019ll see three options that I am going to brief you on below:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"send-via-email\"><strong>Send via Email<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>When you click on the Send button, the pop-up dialogue box will appear, and <a href=\"https:\/\/extendedforms.io\/blog\/embed-google-forms-in-an-email\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/extendedforms.io\/blog\/embed-google-forms-in-an-email\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sending via email<\/a> will be the first option you\u2019ll see.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Add all the email addresses of the people you want to send the form to. Further, the \u2018subject\u2019 will be mentioned (you can change it if you want), \u2018message\u2019 section will be there in which you can add your customized message. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Both the subject and message will be seen by receivers in their emails. Then click on the \u2018Send\u2019 option. Sending forms via email is suitable only when you are sending forms to a small group of people.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from this, you can share <a href=\"https:\/\/extendedforms.io\/blog\/add-teams-and-assign-roles-in-google-forms\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/extendedforms.io\/blog\/add-teams-and-assign-roles-in-google-forms\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google forms with collaborators<\/a>. At the bottom, you\u2019ll see the option of \u2018Add Editors,\u2019 click on it and a new pop-up box will appear replacing the previous one. Then, it can be easily done through the Google Form embed iFrame feature. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"3\"><li>If you want to use Google Forms to create a contact form for your website or another purpose where it&#8217;s useful to <a href=\"https:\/\/extendedforms.io\/blog\/embed-google-forms-on-a-website\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/extendedforms.io\/blog\/embed-google-forms-on-a-website\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">embed your form<\/a> then this embeds HTML option is the one to use.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Just adjust the height and width of the frame, if you like, and click on \u2018Copy\u2019. Click on the \u2018\u1367\u2019 icon &gt; Get Add-ons &gt; Search for ExtendedForms.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Click on the Install button and your app will be installed within seconds.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Once that\u2019s done, you\u2019ll see a puzzle-shaped icon on the top bar (If you don\u2019t see one, refresh the page).
