What is a response quota?
When someone responds to a Google form via Extended Forms's timer based interface, we calculate it as 1 response and it consumes 1 quota from your account. In the free trial, we will top-up your account with 100 response quota.
Why should I subscribe to a paid plan?
Not only will you get increased quota limits to accept more responses from your users, You will get access to all our current and upcoming features.
What happens if I upgrade in mid billing cycle?
Our pricing is prorated, which means you’ll pay for the remaining number of days for new plan—nothing more, nothing less.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes. Just log in and adjust your plan right from the Plan page.
What is Top-up quota?
Top-Up means one-time buy. Anytime you can top-up your quota based on your immediate requirements. Its comes with 30 days validity from the day you have purchased Top-Up quota.
What if I change my mind, can I cancel?
Whenever you like. No strings attached. Your card will not be charged further. You can still use the rest of the remaining number of days as 'grace period'. Tip: You can resume your subscription back before the billing cycle ends.
How do you process the card?
We use Stripe as our payment provider, one of the leading payment processor. They use the highest security standards. All your credit cards are actually processed on their server and we don't store any information on ours.
Do you offer any trial?
We offer a free plan with a limit of 100 top-up responses. Free account makes it easy to decide on upgrading to a paid plan. Unlock 100 responses quota.
